In Manufacturing, you keep design and BOQ ownership and GLIDE procures, CNC-manufactures and pre-assembles to your approved drawings — you choose whether GLIDE also installs or your own team does. In Turnkey, GLIDE is your single point of contact for procurement, manufacturing, installation, QC and site management. Work installed by GLIDE carries a 3, 5 or 7-year warranty depending on the finish tier.

In GLIDE's Manufacturing model, the partner keeps design and BOQ ownership and GLIDE procures, manufactures and pre-assembles to the approved drawings; the partner chooses manufacturing only, or manufacturing plus installation by GLIDE. In the Turnkey model, GLIDE is the single point of contact for procurement, manufacturing, installation, QC and site management.
The partner decides. In the Manufacturing model you can order manufacturing only and install with your own team using GLIDE's factory pre-assembled, labelled units, or ask GLIDE to manufacture and install. Only GLIDE-installed work carries GLIDE's 3, 5 or 7-year warranty.
Architects and interior designers who manage their own projects usually choose the Manufacturing model: they keep full design and BOQ control, get CNC-precise manufacturing from GLIDE's Bengaluru factory, and decide whether GLIDE or their own team installs. Firms that want GLIDE to run site management and handover as well usually choose Turnkey.
Developers and builders usually choose GLIDE's Turnkey model, because GLIDE takes responsibility for procurement, manufacturing, installation, QC, deep cleaning and floor protection across every unit — with capacity to hand over up to 150 homes a month.
The warranty depends on who installs, not on the model name. Work GLIDE manufactures and installs is covered for 3 years (Classic finish tier), 5 years (Prime) or 7 years (Luxe). Units installed by the partner's own team are not covered by GLIDE's warranty.
Yes. In both the Manufacturing and Turnkey models, the architect or designer owns the design drawings, specifications and BOQ and approves materials and finishes with the client. GLIDE executes to the approved drawings and does not redesign your project.
Yes. Every approved GLIDE project — Manufacturing or Turnkey — is tracked in the GLIDE Partner Portal, which shows quotations, production milestones, dispatch and installation progress in real time.
Yes. GLIDE offers both the Manufacturing and Turnkey models across Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai. All units are manufactured at GLIDE's 10,000 sq ft factory in Vidyaranyapura, Bengaluru and dispatched to site.
