GLIDE offers two partnership models: Manufacturing (GLIDE manufactures to your approved drawings while you retain design and BOQ ownership; you choose manufacturing only, or manufacturing plus installation by GLIDE) and Turnkey (GLIDE delivers manufacturing, installation and project management as a single point of contact).

In the Manufacturing model, GLIDE procures materials, manufactures to the approved drawings and pre-assembles at the factory. You choose whether GLIDE also installs — or order manufacturing only and install with your own team. In the Turnkey model, GLIDE takes complete responsibility for material procurement, manufacturing, pre-assembly, installation and QC — as a single point of contact.

Yes. Under the Manufacturing model you retain full design and BOQ ownership — GLIDE manufactures strictly to your approved drawings, so your design intent is preserved from drawing to site. You also choose who installs — GLIDE's team or your own.

Yes. In the Turnkey model, components are cut and finished at the Vidyaranyapura factory with CNC precision, then installed and quality-checked on site by GLIDE's own team rather than outsourced installers. In the Manufacturing model, the partner chooses: manufacturing only, or manufacturing plus installation by GLIDE's team.

Yes. Real estate Developers and Builders across Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai partner with GLIDE under the Turnkey Partner model for end-to-end procurement, manufacturing, quality control and project management on residential and commercial projects.

Yes. GLIDE provides a warranty of up to 7 years on work it manufactures and installs, depending on the finish tier — 3 years for Classic, 5 for Prime and 7 for Luxe. Work installed by the partner's own team is not covered by GLIDE's warranty.

Any post-handover issue can be raised directly through the GLIDE Partner Portal support desk. Since GLIDE manufactures in-house — and installs with its own team on Turnkey and GLIDE-installed projects — issues are traced and resolved by the same team — not outsourced vendors — within the applicable warranty coverage.

Yes. Every approved project is tracked in real time through the GLIDE Partner Portal, covering production milestones, execution progress and delivery status, so partners always know exactly where a project stands.
